A few days in Stockholm. Day 1

I had a few business meetings in Stockholm at the end of January.

As it was towards the end of the week I arranged to stay the weekend

These are some images that I managed to make during a few hours of downtime over the first few days.

All of these were taken on the Leica M (240) with the Voigtlander 35mm 1.4

We had a 6:40 am flight out which meant getting up at 4:30. Ouch!

But it meant that the flight was pretty empty, giving me a whole row to myself.

Grabbed breakfast before heading off to the meeting and managed to see the changing over the guard at the Royal Palace.

After the meeting we decided to walk back as it was only 25 minutes along the river to the hotel.

After a short rest headed out to the old town, Gamla Stan.

It was a really good opportunity to test out the low light capabilities of the camera and manual focusing at night.

Ended up in a Viking Bar. Very nostalgic and great fun.
